I’m Juli, the woman behind NEROLIA jewelry, and I want to share a bit of my journey with you. NEROLIA began in 2016 as a side gig while I was working as a lawyer back in Argentina, my homeland. It all started as a way to escape and reconnect with my inner child.

Ever since I was a kid, I've been drawn to creativity, which led me to start designing accessories, clothes, and all sorts of art for myself and my friends. Most of my inspiration came from my grandma's place, where I spent most of my days. She was my top inspiration, even though she's no longer with us. She was one of those people who leave a lasting impression wherever they go. I’m sure you can think of someone like that too, right?

After a few months of feeling unsettled, I decided it was time to step back from my law career and focus on my true passion: jewelry. Taking that leap was a game-changer. After months, maybe even years, of hard work, sleepless nights, and staying true to my passion, Nerolia started to grow, giving me the confidence that I was on the right path.

But my ambitions didn't stop there. My gut told me it was time to take my business to new horizons. It was a scary yet exhilarating move. So, in 2019, after enjoying several successful years in Argentina, I packed my bags and moved to Australia. Slowly but surely, I set up shop from scratch. It was a tough call, especially with everything going on with COVID. Running a business in a new country was no walk in the park, and managing things from afar was even harder. But Australia taught me valuable lessons about respecting nature, sustainability, and our planet, lessons that I’ll forever be grateful for and consider with every business decision I make.

For me, Nerolia is more than just a jewelry brand. It's a daily reminder to step out of your comfort zone, trust your instincts, be proud of who you are and the choices you make, and live life on your own terms. That's why our motto is “Jewelry for those who dare.”

These days, I'm based in Berlin with my husband, eagerly awaiting the arrival of our little bundle of joy. I’m still pursuing my dream of growing my jewelry brand in Europe and beyond, after taking a break to rethink my brand for a year and a half. We don’t know what the future holds, but one thing's for sure: I’ll keep chasing my dreams and inspiring other women to spice up their outfits with beautiful jewelry and, more importantly, to embrace life's challenges with courage and determination.

Jewelry Care Guide

  1. Storage: Store jewelry in a clean, dry place away from sunlight and moisture or in them packaging to prevent tarnishing and damage. 

  2. Cleaning: Regularly clean jewelry with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils. Avoid harsh chemicals and cleaners.

  3. Avoid Exposure: Remove jewelry before using perfumes, lotions, skin care products or engaging in activities like cleaning, sport or swimming.

Return / Refund Policy

In case your order arrives:

  • Defective *
  • I ordered the wrong size
  • The product is not what I expected
  • You can initiate a return of your order within 14 days of arrival.
  • We would appreciate it if you could follow the steps described below:
  • Please write an email with your order number, name, and reason for return to: nerolia.official@gmail.com, informing us that you are about to or have placed a return to: Nerolia Jewelry: Schönhauser Allee 140, 10437, Berlin, Germany.
  • If you have initiated a return, please share your tracking number :)

As soon as we receive the return, we will notify you by email and credit the full item amount to your account on our store for future use.

Please note:

(-) Nerolia does not assume the cost of shipping returns; however, if the item was *defective, we will refund the cost of the return as well. Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

(-) The returned products must be in perfect condition and show no evident signs of use; otherwise, no return will be processed. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Nerolia in perfect condition, with proper packaging.

(-) NEROLIA will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All our shipments are made by DHL.

Customers have the option to choose between Standard shipping (3-5 days) or Express shipping (1-3 days).

As soon as the order is placed and paid, we will provide your tracking number.

Orders over €200 will have free shipping with DHL Standard service.

EU SHIPPING:

All our shipments are made by DHL.

Customers have the option to choose between Standard shipping (5-7 days) or Express shipping (2-3 days).

As soon as the order is placed and paid, we will provide your tracking number.

Orders over €250 will have free shipping with DHL Standard service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All our shipments are made by DHL.

Customers have the option to choose between Standard shipping (7-10 days) or Express shipping (5-7 days).

As soon as the order is placed and paid, we will provide your tracking number.

Orders over €300 will have free shipping with DHL Standard service.

General notes:

  • Please be aware that holidays in GERMANY and ARGENTINA will affect your expected delivery date.
  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
  • NEROLIA will cover all duties and taxes while your parcel is in transit. We will not be able to cover any local sales taxes, however.

Best Way to Determine Your Ring Size:

  1. Measure an Existing Ring: If you already have a ring that fits well, you can measure the inside diameter of the ring and use a sizing chart (see online) to determine the corresponding ring size.

  2. Measure your ring size using a string or a strip of paper. Here's how: A) Wrap String Around Finger: Wrap a piece of string around the base of your finger where you'll wear the ring. B) Mark Intersection Point: Use a pen to mark where the string overlaps. C) Measure Length: Remove the string and measure the length from the starting point to the mark? D) Find Size: Use a ring size chart to match the measurement to your ring size.
